Industrial Elevator PE-serie

The PE industrial elevator is available with a lifting capacity ranging from 300 kg to 600 kg, including 3 to 6 passengers. There are two types of mast; the choice of the mast depends on the available mounting options. The maximum distance between anchors for the square mast is 12 metres. The distance between anchors for the flat mast is 3 metres, but this mast takes less space. The PE series is particularly suitable for transporting passengers with tools in industrial environments, such as harbour cranes, chimneys, oil platforms, towers and vessels. Also for use in an environment with danger of explosion, where compliance with the ATEX directives is required.

• The hoists provide safety and comfort. They are equipped with a centrifugal brake, protected against overload and have an intercom system between the cab and base station. The hoists are available with a variable-frequency drive.
• The hoists are fully tested according ITP before they leave the factory, including a fall test.
• It is possible to place the hoist at an angle of up to 10 degrees.
• All the electric cables to the hoist run through a cable tray with cable chain. The control box can remain at the bottom, which minimises the number of cables in the cable chain.
• Various components are interchangeable with the other types in the series, such as the mast, cab and anchors.
• The cabinets for the electrical components can be supplied in stainless steel.
• The PE series is compliant with the NEN-EN 81-43 standard and can also be delivered fully compliant with NEN-EN 81-1 and can comply with the CLAME of Loyd’s Register and other international regulations.
• User-friendly and reliable, the hoist is easy to operate.
