Light curtains detect the presence of anything in the platform entry/exit before the warehouse elevator starts to move. The light curtains guarantee that no materials are blocking the entry/exit or become trapped during transport, because the hoist will not depart or will even stop if the entry/exit is not free of obstruction! This keeps damage of goods to a minimum!
